It's dusk and it's raining,
the way is unclear.
The darkness surrounds me,
the clouds fade to gray.

After the rain
the mist lies low,
awaiting the time
of the moonrise.
Moonrise.

I feel a few stray drops
blow down from the leaves.
The darkness is thinning, the stars fill the sky.
